MBCF10 Drift Eliminators are engineered to achieve superior drift removal efficiency, ensuring minimal water loss and cleaner discharge air in crossflow cooling tower applications. Their specialized design incorporates an upward airflow path, optimized drainage geometry, and a precision venturi configuration—making them a perfect choice for factory-assembled cooling towers.
Each module is built from sinusoidal-shaped corrugated PVC sheets that form enclosed cellular passages. As air moves through these passages, drift droplets are compelled to change direction three times. These directional shifts generate centrifugal forces that drive the droplets to the cell walls, where they coalesce and return to the tower’s wet zone. This process results in exceptional drift elimination performance and long-term reliability.
